How to join an esports tournament on the Hash app
Join BGMI, Valorant, Free Fire and other esports tournaments on Hash: find an event, register solo or with your squad, get room details and see results.
Esports tournaments in India often run through group chats, spreadsheets and screenshots. Hash puts the whole thing in one app: the line-up, registration, room details, results and rewards. Here is how to join your first tournament.
1. Get the Hash app
Hash is free on Android and iOS. Sign up with your mobile number and set up your player profile.
2. Pick a tournament
Open the Compete tab to browse upcoming and live tournaments, and filter by game. Hash runs tournaments for BGMI, Valorant, Free Fire, EA FC, Call of Duty Mobile, Clash Royale, Tekken and PC and console titles at partner gaming cafes. The line-up changes every week.
Each tournament page shows the entry fee (or that it is free), the prize pool, the number of slots, the teams already registered, the rules and the leaderboard, so you know exactly what you are signing up for.
3. Register solo or with your squad
You can register on your own, or create a squad and invite teammates with a link. Free and paid entries are clearly marked before you confirm.
4. Get your room details
Before match time, the room details, schedule and bracket appear in the tournament page in the app. Everyone in your squad sees the same information, so nobody misses the room ID.
5. Play, then check results
After each match, results are posted in the app and the leaderboard updates. Rewards go to your Hash wallet.
Earn HashCoins while you play
Joining and finishing matches also earns HashCoins, Hash's reward points, on top of any prize. You can spend them on game passes at partner cafes, offers and gaming gear.
Tips for your first tournament
- Read the rules tab before you register, especially for team size and device requirements.
- Join a free tournament first to learn how room details and results work.
- Make sure every squad member has the Hash app installed before match day.
- Turn on notifications so you see room details as soon as they are posted.
Play it, don't just read it.
